This was taken when we got home from the shelter after adopting our new cute puppies. We named them Rambo and Maya. It's so entertaining and uplifting to see them in their happiest moment exploring their new environment while beautifully wagging their tails.

The Ninja Cooking System
I have been mentioning about the Ninja Cooking System (as seen on TV) here in my blog with my topics about foods, hence I decided to post a photo of it and its accessories, and some info about as well. This Ninja Cooking System is a Professional Cooking Technology available for our kitchen. It is a Revolutionary Cooking System - Fast One-Pot Meal Making; Steam Roast & Baking; Sear & Slow Cook in One Pot!
I have been making homemade meals faster, easier, and heather using this Ninja Cooking System (a 3-in-1 Cooker), since we bought it months ago. It is very convenient to use, space-saving, and it is so easy to clean-up. What a convenience and I love it!
- Heats from the bottom and the sides at the same time (Triple Fusion Heat Technology)
- Cook meats up to 50%* faster than in a conventional oven
- Fast and healthy one pot meals in 30 minutes or less
- Bake with up to 50% Less Fat** (see Roasting & Baking as mentioned below)
- No defrosting is required on many meals
- Professional quality non-stick pot and easy clean-up.
Steam and heat penetrate food quickly keeping natural juices inside while cooking food evenly. No additional fat** is required, so you’ll serve healthier meals to your family. Add broth or wine for a sensational flavor infusion!
Fast One-Pot Meal Making:
Serve healthier homemade meals with as little as little as 5 minutes of prep time and just 20 minutes of cooking. No defrosting is required on many meals so NO Pre-PLANNING is required!
SEARIOUS Slow Cooking:
Now I can sear and sauté then slow cook in the same appliance for slow cooking. I can lock in that delicious savory flavor in my meals! Also, perfect for reheating meals.
Steam Infused Baking:
Enjoy decadent desserts that are moister with half the fat** and less calories! Perfect for gluten free desserts.
I'm so glad to have this 3-in-1 Cooker and I am inspired to use it in our kitchen. Thank you to my hubby for buying this for me and to Ninja Kitchen for their great product!
God is good all the time!

Cod With Orange Glaze & Snap Peas.
This recipe is courtesy of Ninja Cooking System. I'd like to share it as this is my reference when I cooked the Cod with Lemon Glaze & Green Beans (Steam Oven Baking using a Ninja Cooking System).
I wanted to follow all the ingredients of this Cod with Orange Glaze & Snap Peas recipe, orange and snap peas are not available at home when I make my dish. so I made use of other ingredients like lemon and green beans (string beans) instead. It turned our delicious especially the lemon sauce .
Cod is firm, white fish that stands up beautifully to the gingered orange glaze. The sauce reduces to a glaze in bottom of pot while sugar snap peas steam on rack, creating especially delicious dinner.
Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 20 minutes Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 teaspoon canola oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup water
2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
4 frozen uncooked cod fillets, 1" think
2 cups sugar snap peas

garlic, onions, HALF of spring onions to pot. Cook
uncovered 3 minutes or until garlic is tender, stirring
occasionally.
2. Stir orange juice, water, soy sauce, and sugar into pot.
Place frozen fish into the multi-purpose pan.. Place roasting rack into pot.. Set OVEN to 325 degrees F
for 15 minutes. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Place snap peas on top of fish. Cover and cook 5 minutes or
until fish flakes easily when tested with fork and snap peas are tender-crisp, checking for doneness after 3 minutes of cooking time. Serve fish and snap peas with orange sauce and sprinkle with remaining green onions.
NOTE: Ninja Serving Tip:
Frozen cod comes in different weights and thickness. For thicker fish, add an additional 1/2 cup water or orange juice to the glaze and add 2 to 4 minutes to the cooking time.
